Este aviso legal regula el acceso y el uso del sitio web soyrage.es y de sus subdominios, incluido el área de cliente en panel.soyrage.es, en cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE).

El sitio ofrece información sobre los servicios de SoyRage, un blog, un reproductor de radio (TRICKFM), formularios de contacto y suscripción, y el acceso al área privada de cliente. El acceso es gratuito, salvo el coste de la conexión que soporte el usuario a través de su operador.
Al usar el sitio te comprometes a hacerlo conforme a la ley, a este aviso legal y a la buena fe, y a no emplearlo para fines ilícitos, para dañar los sistemas del titular o de terceros, ni para introducir programas dañinos. El titular puede suspender el acceso a quien incumpla estas condiciones.
La contratación de servicios se rige además por los Términos y Condiciones, que prevalecen sobre este aviso en lo relativo a presupuestos, pagos, entregas y resolución de contrato.

Los textos, el código, el diseño, la marca SoyRage, los logotipos, las ilustraciones, las fotografías, las animaciones y los vídeos del sitio son titularidad de SoyRage o se usan con licencia. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública o transformación sin autorización expresa y por escrito.
El software publicado por SoyRage en github.com/soyrageagency se rige por la licencia indicada en cada repositorio, que prevalece sobre este apartado.
Las marcas y nombres comerciales de terceros que aparezcan en el sitio pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares y se citan únicamente a efectos identificativos.
04Responsabilidad
El titular no garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del sitio ni la ausencia de errores, y no responde de los daños derivados de fallos de conexión, interrupciones del servicio o del uso indebido del sitio por parte del usuario.
El sitio puede incluir enlaces a páginas de terceros (Trustpilot, Google, GitHub, Instagram, plataformas de música). El titular no controla ni asume responsabilidad alguna sobre sus contenidos o políticas; el acceso a esos sitios es decisión y responsabilidad del usuario.

The site provides information about SoyRage services, a blog, a radio player (TRICKFM), contact and subscription forms, and access to the private client area. Access is free of charge, other than the connection cost charged by the user own provider.
By using the site you undertake to do so lawfully, in accordance with this notice and in good faith, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to damage the owner or third-party systems, or to introduce harmful software. The owner may suspend access for anyone in breach of these terms.
