SoyRage se compromete a que soyrage.es sea usable por el mayor número de personas posible, con independencia de su capacidad o de la tecnología con la que naveguen. Esta declaración se elabora tomando como referencia la norma UNE-EN 301 549 y las WCAG 2.1 en nivel AA.

01Situación de cumplimiento

Este sitio es parcialmente conforme con las WCAG 2.1 AA: cumple la mayoría de los criterios, pero hay excepciones conocidas que estamos corrigiendo y que detallamos más abajo. No ocultamos lo que falta; preferimos decirlo y arreglarlo.

02Qué ya hacemos

Movimiento: respetamos prefers-reduced-motion. Si tu sistema pide menos animación, las transiciones y los efectos de scroll se reducen o se desactivan.
Teclado: el menú, los formularios, el reproductor y los enlaces se pueden usar con teclado, con foco visible.
Idioma: cada página declara su idioma y el conmutador ES/EN actualiza el atributo lang.
Formularios: campos con etiqueta o texto alternativo accesible, mensajes de estado anunciados con aria-live, y errores explicados en texto, no sólo con color.
Imágenes: las decorativas van marcadas como tales (alt="") para no ensuciar el lector de pantalla; las informativas llevan texto alternativo.
Vídeo: el vídeo del showreel no reproduce sonido automáticamente y puede pausarse.
Contraste: la paleta principal (tinta sobre papel, azul de marca) supera la ratio 4,5:1 en el texto de lectura.

03Contenido no accesible

A fecha de esta declaración conocemos estas limitaciones:

Algunas imágenes de la sección de proyectos tienen texto alternativo vacío o poco descriptivo. Previsto: corrección al publicar las nuevas fichas de caso.
El reproductor TRICKFM todavía no expone todos sus controles con roles ARIA completos (por ejemplo, el ecualizador y el visualizador). Previsto: revisión de roles y etiquetas.
Algunos rótulos decorativos usan tamaños de fuente pequeños con contraste justo sobre fondos con textura. Previsto: ajuste de contraste.
El widget de reseñas de Trustpilot es contenido de terceros; su accesibilidad depende del proveedor. Siempre ofrecemos el enlace directo como alternativa.

04Alternativas

Si un contenido te resulta inaccesible, escríbenos y te lo facilitamos en otro formato (texto plano, documento accesible o por teléfono) sin coste y en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles.

05Comunicar una barrera

Puedes comunicarnos cualquier problema de accesibilidad, solicitar información en un formato alternativo o presentar una queja escribiendo a [email protected] con el asunto «Accesibilidad». Indícanos la página, qué intentabas hacer y qué tecnología de apoyo usabas; con eso lo reproducimos y lo corregimos antes.

Acusamos recibo en un plazo máximo de 48 horas laborables y respondemos en un máximo de 20 días hábiles.

06Método de evaluación

La revisión combina análisis automático (axe-core sobre las páginas principales) con pruebas manuales de navegación por teclado y de lectura con lector de pantalla. La accesibilidad es un proceso continuo: revisamos el sitio con cada cambio importante y actualizamos esta declaración.

SoyRage is committed to making soyrage.es usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or of the technology they browse with. This statement is based on EN 301 549 and on WCAG 2.1 level AA.

01Compliance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: it meets most criteria, but there are known exceptions that we are fixing and that we list below. We would rather name what is missing than hide it.

02What we already do

Motion: we honour prefers-reduced-motion. If your system asks for less animation, transitions and scroll effects are reduced or switched off.
Keyboard: the menu, forms, player and links are operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
Language: every page declares its language and the ES/EN switch updates the lang attribute.
Forms: fields have accessible labels, status messages are announced with aria-live, and errors are explained in text, not by colour alone.
Images: decorative images are marked as such (alt="") so screen readers skip them; informative ones carry alternative text.
Video: the showreel does not auto-play sound and can be paused.
Contrast: the core palette (ink on paper, brand blue) exceeds a 4.5:1 ratio for reading text.

03Non-accessible content

As of this statement we are aware of these limitations:

Some images in the work section have empty or weak alternative text. Planned: fixed when the new case pages ship.
The TRICKFM player does not yet expose every control with complete ARIA roles (for example the equaliser and visualiser). Planned: roles and labels review.
Some decorative labels use small type with borderline contrast over textured backgrounds. Planned: contrast adjustment.
The Trustpilot review widget is third-party content; its accessibility depends on the provider. We always offer the direct link as an alternative.

04Alternatives

If any content is inaccessible to you, write to us and we will provide it in another format (plain text, an accessible document or by phone) free of charge and within 10 working days.

05Reporting a barrier

You can report any accessibility problem, request information in an alternative format or file a complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and which assistive technology you were using; that lets us reproduce and fix it sooner.

We acknowledge receipt within 48 working hours and reply within a maximum of 20 working days.

06Evaluation method

Our review combines automated analysis (axe-core across the main pages) with manual keyboard-navigation and screen reader testing. Accessibility is an ongoing process: we review the site on every significant change and update this statement.
